The Centrist Party of Canada hopes to become the next big force in Canadian politics and hopes to also become a group which ensures that voter intention increases, stands up for Canadians who seek more cooperation at the federal level and we want to be an option which seeks to unify centrists, progressives, moderates, conservatives and everyone else. We also hope to be a party which wants to stand up for constituents, for people who are tired of broken promises, with politicians flip-flopping on the issues, with politicians carelessly wasting your money and with politicians who have no clear plan to state what we should be doing with our budget and what areas to focus our priorities on.
In order for our party to become registered, we need to find 250 Canadians who wish for us to become a party. If you want to seek a membership to help us get registered it is free to join us. To build a strong Canada, we feel that you can never put a price on building a strong country and having positive people seeking to bring a pragmatic and moderate party to the Canadian people. Therefore the price for becoming a member is free.
For us politics is what shapes not only many aspects of everyday life but world affairs as well. There are not a lot of Canadians actively involved in the political life of our country. You are invited to join a party in which the role of participants is to work in the best interest of the country and not in the sole interest of the party.
The Centrist Party of Canada ideologically wants to be centrist on social and economic issues and that means governing for all Canadians regardless of where they stand in the political spectrum. We also want to offer a clear alternative to the two major parties in this manner. What it means to be part of this party is to help establish a party for people who believe in freedom of the individual and people in the party need to agree that democracy and the people's voice is the voice that must win the day. We think that parliament is where the final say is on the issues and for parliament to work we need to make sure the parties work correctly. As a party we believe that balance between social progress and fiscal responsibility is the effective way to build a country. We also believe that the poor must be taken care of and that all races, religions and people must be treated with dignity and respect. That is the tradition that we have had in Canada for a long time and those traditions will continue under our party.
